With over 25 years of experience in business management, strategic planning, and leadership, Barbara has demonstrated global success in helping businesses and non-profit organizations define their brand mission, streamline operations, and achieve sales or fundraising objectives. She is a member of the Canadian Black Fundraising Collective and serves as a board member with the Canadian Association of Gift Planners (CAGP) Foundation. Barbara holds a bachelor's degree in marketing from the University of Greenwich, UK, is a graduate from the Arrow Leadership Executive Program, and is a certified MR™ life coach and member of the International Coaching Federation (ICF). She is also a published author and public speaker.

Taiwo is a seasoned Change Management and HR leader with nearly 20 years of experience across North America and Africa. He holds a BSc in Industrial Relations from Lagos State University and an Executive MBA from Ivey Business School. Certified by Prosci, CPHR, and SPHR-I, he is Co-founder and Principal Consultant at Thami Wales Canada Inc., advising on strategic change, HR, BIPOC recruitment, and leadership development.

Abigail Adekoya is a dual qualified Lawyer (Nigeria and Ontario) with over seven years of experience in litigation, privacy and corporate commercial law. She holds a BA from the Obafemi Awolowo University, Nigeria and a LLB from the University of Sheffield, England. Abigail is passionate about helping people live a quality life by showing support to the less privileged and homeless. When she’s not working as a lawyer, taking care of her family or being active in her church, she is looking for ways to provide support and succour to youths, new immigrants and people in general.

Adeyemi (Yemi) Bankole is a seasoned business executive with over 20 years of experience in the construction and real estate development industry. As a results-driven project manager, he has successfully led diverse teams on residential, industrial, and commercial projects in Canada and abroad. Yemi is the co-founder of Brick by Brique Investment Inc., a property development company. He holds credentials including a PMP, an MBA, and a Postgraduate Certificate in Construction Management, bringing a blend of strategic vision and technical expertise to his work.

Olayemi Ogunyeye is a seasoned Human Resources professional with over 14 years of experience. She holds a BSc in Physiotherapy from the University of Lagos and an MA in Human Resources Management from Middlesex University, UK. A member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel & Development (CIPD) and a Certified HR Professional with HRPA, Ontario. Olayemi specializes in recruitment, training, employee relations, and policy development.
